All refund requests must be sent via email to the Club Registrar at email@example.com. If a refund request is received on or before April 21st for Travel soccer, or before the first session for Intramural soccer, the KOPSC will issue 100% of the registration fee paid (not including any late fee or donation) as a full refund. If a player is registered and is not placed on a Travel team a full refund of the registration fee paid will be given. No registration fee refunds will be given after April 21st for Travel soccer or after the first session for Intramural. The KOPSC makes financial commitments based on registration applications received and available roster space, and as such refunding registration fees would leave us liable for considerable costs. Therefore, there can be no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
