Competitive Academy Policy

For full year competitive programs (U12+), refund requests must be made prior to June 30th of the year in which team placement is accepted. 

For partial year programs (U11 and under), refund requests for fall season must be made prior to June 30th of the year in which team placement is accepted. Refunds for the spring season must be made two weeks prior to the spring season practice start date.

Timely requested refunds will be processed at the full registration cost less a 5% credit card processing fee.

In the event of a medical cause for program withdrawal, a prorated refund will be provided with a doctor's note, less a 5% processing fee.

Intramural and all other programs

All refund requests must be made two weeks before the start of the program (first practice).

KOPSC will issue 100% of the registration fee paid (minus 5% processing fee) as a refund. 

No refunds will be given beyond the dates specified above.

KOPSC makes financial commitments based on registration applications received and available roster space, and as such refunding registration fees would leave us liable for considerable costs. Therefore, no exceptions can be made under any circumstances.
