Prussians Youth Volunteers

KOPSC offers various opportunities for

youth players to volunteer with the club and

share their love of soccer.


Our volunteers will develop confidence, communication skills, and leadership skills

while helping their community.


KOPSC is happy to provide community service confirmation for youth volunteers.


Jr. Prussians Youth Coach (7th Grade and up)


Our volunteers team up with a parent coach to run sessions for our Junior Prussians Program. Volunteers will assist with leading 3-5 year olds playing fun soccer games.


The club will provide the games and sessions to run every week.


This volunteer role requires a total time commitment of approximately

12 hours over 10 weeks and requires attendance at a 90 minute coaching training program.


Development Academy Youth Coach (8th Grade and up)


Our volunteers will team up with a parent coach to run practices and assist in games. Development Academy teams practice one evening per week (Monday-Thursday) and play a game on Saturday mornings.



This volunteer role requires a total time commitment of about 24 hours over 10 weeks and attendance at a 2 hour coaching training program.


Junior Referees (10 years old+)


Volunteers in this program referee our Development Academy games on Saturday mornings. Games are played at 9:00am and 10:30am and while volunteers are not required to referee all games, it is expected volunteers will be regularly available on Saturday mornings.


This volunteer role requires attendance at a 90 min Junior Referee training program.


TOPSoccer Buddies (10 years old+)


TOPSoccer, The Outreach Program for Soccer, is a recreational sports program for people with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities to play soccer.


Buddies will work with our players, assist with staying on task, and offer guidance, taking direction from our coaches and trainers.


 This volunteer role requires a total time commitment of approximately

10 hours over 10 weeks.
